How to protected customer money?

All customer funds are segregated from any other Good Trade’ funds. We will hold an amount equivalent to your Account Value less your total minimum margin requirement in this segregated account and ensure these funds are not used for hedging or other operational purposes.

What services can customer receive?

Upon opening a live account, you will receive an account manager for the first few weeks to ensure that any questions or problems you have are properly resolved. Please note that this service does not include the provision of trading or investment advice. Thereafter, you will be able to contact the Client Management Team via the ‘Live Help’ icon within the Good Trade Next Generation platform

Depending on your circumstances and the region you are a resident of, we may request that the documentation you submit to us is certified. A certified copy is a copy of an original document that has been endorsed as a true copy of the original by an approved individual.

Demo CFD accounts

We offer a free demo account containing virtual funds. This allows you to try out our platform in a risk-free environment and practise trading strategies and techniques. This includes access to trade global equity markets for 30-days. Please note that our demo account doesn't display prices for share CFDs. All you need to do to open a demo account is provide a valid email address, your full name, a phone number and password. Open a demo account now. Once you have opened a demo account, you will need to click on the verification link sent to your registered email address to activate it.

Don’t share your password or trading PIN with anyone else, or use it in such a way it might be discovered by someone else. Don’t follow links in emails asking you to confirm your login details – we won’t ask you for your password in any emails.
